• Program Credit & Financial Aid Request

    We have combined all program credit and financial aid requests into one form. Upon completing the form, you will receive a response within three to five business days. If you have any questions about using Program Credits or Financial Aid, please contact VolunteerResources@gsmidtn.org. To use your Program Credits in the Nashville Shop, please visit us at our Granny White Pike location.

  • Please note that Program Credits and Program/Event Financial Aid are processed during regular business hours, and at peak times, up to 5 business days. Events fill quickly. If the event requested fills prior to Financial Aid or Program Credits being processed, you will be contacted to see if there is an alternate event that you would like to register for, or if you would prefer to save your Girl Scout Program Credits or Financial Aid for a future opportunity.

    Before submission of this form, if your item is in myGS, please ensure your membership or event registration is in your cart, your deposit has been paid, and "Apply Program Credits" or "Apply for Financial Aid" has been selected.

    Partial membership payments will not be applied. Refunds for overpayment will not be issued.

    All Financial Aid requests must be submitted by a parent or guardian.

  • Please note: Income guidelines are only one part of our review. Not meeting a listed income threshold does not mean you won’t receive financial aid. Please share any circumstances that affect your family’s ability to pay, such as job loss, medical expenses, or other hardships, so we can consider your full situation.

    Some of the information requested on this form is used for grant reporting, which helps us secure the funding that makes financial aid possible. We appreciate you completing each question as fully as you can.
